CCR Advanced EANx Diver

This Program is designed to train competent divers in the safer use and technology of CCR for dives requiring decompression. It is also especially useful to train divers who wish to dive up to 132 fsw (40 msw) as part of the Advanced EANx course if using air as diluent

How deep can you dive with the IANTD CCR Adv. EANx Diver Program?

No dives may be conducted to depths greater than 132 fsw (40 msw) as part of the CCR Advanced EANx Diver course.

What do you need to enroll in this program?
  • Must be qualified in IANTD EANx Diver or equivalent.

  • Must be qualified in IANTD Deep Diver or RCCR Deep Diver or equivalent.

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

  • Proof of a minimum of 50 logged dives.

What is the minimum materials requirements?

CCR Advanced Recreational Trimix Diver 

This Program is designed to train competent divers in the safer use and technology of CCR for dives requiring decompression. It is also especially useful to train divers who wish to dive up to 150 fsw (45 msw) as part of the Advanced Recreational Trimix course in which case the END will not exceed 100 fsw (30 msw) when using Trimix as diluent.

How deep can you dive with the IANTD CCR Advanced Recreational Trimix Diver Program?
  • No dives may be conducted to depths greater than:

    • 132 fsw (40 msw) using air as diluent.

    • 150 fsw (45 msw) as part of the Advanced Recreational Trimix course in which case the END will not exceed 100 fsw (30 msw) when using Trimix as diluent

What do you need to enroll in this program?
  1. Certifications requirements:

    1. Must be qualified in IANTD EANx Diver or equivalent.

CCR Adv. Recreational Trimix Plus Diver 

This Program is designed to train competent divers in the safer use and technology of CCR for dives requiring decompression. It is also especially useful to train divers who wish to dive up to 170 fsw (51 msw) as part of the Advanced Recreational Trimix course in which case the END will not exceed 100 fsw (30 msw) when using Trimix as diluent.

How deep can you dive with the IANTD CCR Advanced Recreational Trimix Plus Diver Program?
  • No dives may be conducted to depths greater than:

    • 132 fsw (40 msw) using air as diluent.

    • 170 fsw (51 msw) as part of the Advanced Recreational Trimix course in which case the END will not exceed 100 fsw (30 msw) when using Trimix as diluent

Rebreather Trimix Diver 

This Program is designed for those individuals already involved in deep diving activities, but is not intended to be used as an enticement to divers who are content to remain in Sport or EANx diving limits.

How deep can you dive with the IANTD Trimix Diver (pSCR, CCR) Program?

No dives may be conducted to depths greater than 330fsw (100msw).

What do you need to enroll in this program?
  • Must be a qualified IANTD Rebreather Normoxic Trimix Diver

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years old.

  • Must provide proof of a minimum of 200 logged dives with at least 100 hours on the rebreather to be used. At least 25 dives were to depths between 140 fsw (42 msw) and 200 fsw (60 msw)

  • NOTE: If already certified as Rebreather Normoxic Trimix Diver on another recognized unit by IANTD, 25 rebreather dives and 50 hours must be on the unit specific for the class.

Rebreather Normoxic Trimix Diver

This Program is designed to train those who wish to dive to depths between 130 fsw (39 msw) and 200 fsw (60 msw), but who do not wish to breathe air below 130 fsw (39 msw). This Program is further designed to train divers in the safer use of Rebreathers for dives using normoxic helium-based gas mixtures.

How deep can you dive with the IANTD Normoxic Trimix Diver (pSCR, CCR) Program?

No dives may be conducted to depths greater than 200fsw (60msw).

How deep can you dive with the IANTD Normoxic Trimix Plus Diver (pSCR, CCR) Program?

No dives may be conducted to depths greater than 233fsw (70msw).

What do you need to enroll in this program?
  • Must be a qualified IANTD Rebreather Diver

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old.

  • Must provide proof of a minimum of 100 logged dives of which at least 25 rebreather dives and 50 hours on the unit with at least 50% of them logged on the same CCR to be used in the course.

  • At least 30 dives were deeper than 90 fsw (27 msw).

  • NOTE: If the student is also certified as Trimix Diver (Open Circuit) and have the 100 hours on the unit specific, once the CCR Normoxic Trimix program is finished and the certification issued, the Instructor can continue to the CCR Trimix program.

How deep can you dive with the IANTD Normoxic Trimix Diver (pSCR, CCR) Program?

No dives may be conducted to depths greater than 200fsw (60msw).

How deep can you dive with the IANTD Normoxic Trimix Plus Diver (pSCR, CCR) Program?

No dives may be conducted to depths greater than 233fsw (70msw).

What do you need to enroll in this program?
  • Must be a qualified IANTD Rebreather Diver

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old.

Rebreather Expedition Trimix Diver

This program is designed to train Rebreather Divers already involved in deep diving activities to more safely conduct exploration dives requiring extended decompression profiles and helium-based gas mixture.

How deep can you dive with the IANTD Expedition Trimix Diver (pSCR, CCR) Program?

No dives may be conducted to depths greater than 400fsw (120msw).

What do you need to enroll in this program?
  • Must be a qualified IANTD Rebreather Trimix Diver

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years old.

  • Must provide proof of at least 300 dives of which at least 200 were Rebreather Dives and 300 hours on the rebreather to be used.

Adv. Cave - Sidemount Rebreather Diver 

This Program is designed to familiarize the experienced, certified rebreather cave or mine diver with the techniques, equipment and mindset required for sidemount diving activities in an underwater, overhead environment. Enable technical cave or mine divers to proficiently assemble and use sidemount diving equipment. Teach cave or mine divers the proper techniques to safely conduct cave diving activities that warrant the use of sidemount diving equipment (i.e. small passages, logistics and restrictions). Expose technical cave or mine divers to the conservation concerns and ethical responsibilities that present themselves during sidemount / no mount diving activities in underwater caves or mines.

How deep can you dive with the IANTD Advanced Cave or Mine - Sidemount Rebreather Diver Program?

No dives may be conducted to depths greater than the qualification of the student.

What do you need to enroll in this program?
  • Must be qualified as IANTD Rebreather Cave Diver or higher or equivalent

    • Must have a minimum of 100 cave/mine dives or 100 hours in mine in which at least 50 dives or 50 hours must have been on CCR.

  • Must be qualified as Sidemount Diver or higher or equivalent.

    • Must have 50 Sidemount dives or 50 hours of Sidemount diving experience or 100 hours sidemount diving in which at least 25 dives or 25 hours sidemount were cave/mine dives.

Rebreather Tek Lite Cave Diver

This Program is designed to train Advanced EANx Divers or higher to use his/her knowledge to safe cave diving and navigate in the cave main line.

How deep can you dive with the IANTD Tek Lite Cave Diver (SCR, CCR) Program?

When conditions warrant it, (such as areas without access to caves suitable for training at depths of 130 fsw (39 msw) or more shallow) Tek Lite Cave Diver Programs may be conducted to a maximum depth of 160 fsw (48 msw), provided the students are qualified as Advanced Recreational Trimix Diver or 140 fsw (42 msw) provided the students are qualified as SCR/CCR Advanced EANx Diver.

  • Must be a qualified IANTD Rebreather Advanced EANx Diver

    • NOTE: The CCR or SCR Advanced EANx Diver or CCR or SCR ART Diver program can NOT be done in conjunction with the Tek Lite Cave Diver Program.
